We Know...

We are aware of the ongoing Concerta shortage and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to help manage this situation. While this shortage is beyond our control, we ask that you complete the Alternative Medication Treatment Request Form (downloadable below) so we can submit a request to your doctor for an alternative prescription and ensure a suitable treatment plan.

Additionally, we recommend contacting your local pharmacies to pre-order Concerta or its generic equivalents where possible.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute requests. To allow sufficient time for processing, we ask for at least 7 business days to respond. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide the best possible solution.
