Dr Gareth Kameron | Director & Paediatrician
Dr Gareth Kameron is an experienced paediatrician currently working in both private rooms as well as a senior consultant and director of clinical training at Joondalup Health Campus.
Dr Kameron completed his specialist training at Princess Margaret Hospital followed by 5 years of consulting in the emergency department. With a desire to spend more time with his then-young family, he moved to Joondalup Health Campus in 2013 where he continues to work in the children’s ward, neonatal nursery, and private maternity unit.
Along with direct patient care, Dr Kameron is also a director of clinical training providing ongoing education to junior doctors across multiple paediatric, neonatal and professional development areas.
Dr Kameron is the founding director of Paeds Plus along with his wife Anna-Skye, with their 2 children being the inspiration for the development of the clinic.
Dr Kameron works with allied health staff to provide a holistic model of care. In his spare time, you might find him down at Bunnings or on his mountain bike.

Anna-Skye Kameron | Patient Care Coordinator
Anna-Skye is a passionate health professional, business partner and mother of two neurodiverse children. Her extensive background includes working as a Registered Nurse specialising in Emergency and Critical Care. Also a Health Educator previously working for The WA Asthma Foundation as a Community Asthma Educator. Anna-Skye is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Women's Health and Fitness Specialist.
She is not only Gareth's wife and business partner but is operating as the patient care coordinator. Anna-Skye has both professional and personal experience of the demands and challenges caring for children with medical and neurodiverse needs. She is passionate about holistic, patient-focused care, and brings this to life as she ensures each child receives the care they require.

Mandie VDM | Practice Manager
Originally from South Africa, Mandie moved to Perth with her family and has been living the Australian dream ever since. With a BCom (Applied Business) majoring in Management from the University of Canberra, Mandie brings expertise in management, administration and business operations. An experienced manager, she is known for balancing professionalism with an approachable, friendly demeanor.
Before joining Paeds Plus, Mandie worked for a General Practice Management Company, where she honed her skills in delivering high-quality healthcare support. Before that Mandie worked in Insurance, but much prefers healthcare! Her decision to transition to Paediatrics was driven by her passion for working with families and children, and she’s thrilled to be part of a family-friendly team that provides exceptional care.
Outside of work, Mandie loves to be active and thrives on adventure. She’s a wannabe surfer, an avid reader, a novice LEGO builder, and loves spending time with her husband and fur babies. Whether she’s exploring new hobbies or connecting with colleagues, Mandie brings enthusiasm, warmth, and energy to everything she does.

Karen L | Medical Secretary
Karen is an experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in administration and customer service. Cool, calm, and collected, she excels in high-pressure situations and brings a sharp eye for detail to every task. Known for her exceptional organisational skills, Karen is especially talented at creating clear, concise reports and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.
Karen’s ability to connect with anyone through kindness and genuine care sets her apart. Whether she’s working with patients or colleagues she builds strong relationships and fosters a positive environment.
Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with her family, bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her professional one.

Charlotte G | Medical Secretary
Charlotte is thrilled to embark on a new adventure as a Medical Secretary for Paeds Plus. Fun and approachable, Charlotte brings warmth and positivity to the team. She has a genuine love for our kiddies and deep compassion for every family, making her an empathetic and understanding point of contact. Her approachable nature ensures that she’s always easy to speak to and happy to help.
A confident and organised professional, Charlotte has a strong background in administration and customer service. Her diverse work experience, including roles in contract management and childcare, highlights her adaptability, sharp attention to detail, and can-do attitude. She is excited to contribute her skills and positive energy to the role while continuing to learn and grow with the team at Paeds Plus.
Having recently moved back from the UK with her husband and three children, Charlotte is loving everything Perth has to offer and is embracing this exciting new chapter both personally and professionally.

Lani K | Admin Assistant/ Secretary
Lani is a talented and enthusiastic team member who recently graduated from high school and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Art at the University of Western Australia. Her passion for creativity shines through not only in her studies but also in her artwork, which is proudly displayed in our clinic.
As the daughter of our directors, Lani has grown up with a deep understanding of the values and dedication that drive our team. She is a keen administrator with a natural eye for detail and a commitment to supporting the clinic’s administration with energy and wit.
Outside of her studies and work, Lani enjoys exploring her artistic talents and creating meaningful pieces that inspire others. With her youthful enthusiasm and creative perspective, Lani brings a fresh and vibrant energy to the team.
